0、前言

隨著(zhu)光伏發電(dian)的(de)不斷(duan)發展,對(dui)于光伏發電(dian)監(jian)控系統的(de)需求也日益(yi)迫切,“互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)網+"時(shi)代(dai),“互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)網+"的(de)理(li)念已經轉化為科(ke)技生產(chan)的(de)動力,促進了產(chan)業的(de)升級發展,本文結合“互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)網+"技術(shu)提出了一種針(zhen)對(dui)分(fen)散光伏發電(dian)站運行數據進行實時(shi)數據采集、分(fen)析、處理(li),查看實時(shi)運行情況,并(bing)通(tong)過(guo)移動APP對(dui)光伏電(dian)站運行參(can)數進行監(jian)控及日常管理(li)的(de)應用技術(shu)。

1、系統設計

1.1總體設計思路

光(guang)伏組件在接收充分光(guang)照后產生的太陽能通過蓄電池存儲轉化(hua)成(cheng)電能,夜晚光(guang)照度(du)減弱,蓄電池開始對用(yong)電器進行供電,循環往復(fu)工作,節省了非可再生資源,同時光(guang)伏發電的線路結構簡(jian)單操作方便,環保無(wu)污(wu)染,更節省了大(da)量的人(ren)工。基于互聯網+的光(guang)伏發電管理系統,可以(yi)實現分散的光(guang)伏發電站(zhan)網絡(luo)化(hua)統一(yi)管理。

本(ben)系統(tong)運行(xing)中,通(tong)(tong)過數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)采(cai)(cai)集(ji)傳輸單(dan)(dan)元控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制光伏(fu)(fu)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)采(cai)(cai)集(ji)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制單(dan)(dan)元,實時(shi)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)光伏(fu)(fu)發(fa)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)現(xian)場(chang)設備(bei)的運行(xing)參數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)和環境(jing)參數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)等并通(tong)(tong)過多種網絡(luo)接入(ru)方(fang)式,接入(ru)互聯網絡(luo)通(tong)(tong)信系統(tong),將參數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)實時(shi)發(fa)送至后臺服(fu)務(wu)(wu)器(qi),本(ben)地監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制系統(tong)使用光伏(fu)(fu)發(fa)電(dian)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)主(zhu)機(ji)對(dui)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)器(qi)接收到的數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)分類匯(hui)總、分析、處(chu)理(li),生成圖表(biao)等并進(jin)行(xing)分析處(chu)理(li)。APP端可(ke)(ke)以(yi)同步監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)主(zhu)機(ji),顯(xian)示(shi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju),對(dui)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)進(jin)行(xing)整理(li)分析、獲取(qu)運行(xing)參數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、查看實時(shi)運行(xing)情況,對(dui)光伏(fu)(fu)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)進(jin)行(xing)日(ri)常管(guan)理(li),不(bu)僅可(ke)(ke)以(yi)做(zuo)到實時(shi)、移動監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong),更可(ke)(ke)以(yi)降低(di)運營(ying)成本(ben),減少開支。總體(ti)結構如(ru)圖1所示(shi),具體(ti)實現(xian)的功能包括如(ru)下幾個方(fang)面:光伏(fu)(fu)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)采(cai)(cai)集(ji)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制單(dan)(dan)元、數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)采(cai)(cai)集(ji)傳輸單(dan)(dan)元、網絡(luo)通(tong)(tong)訊系統(tong)、后臺服(fu)務(wu)(wu)器(qi)、光伏(fu)(fu)發(fa)電(dian)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)主(zhu)機(ji)、手機(ji)APP。

1.2光伏(fu)電站數據采集控制、傳輸(shu)單元硬件設計

光(guang)伏電(dian)(dian)站數據采(cai)集(ji)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)傳輸單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元主要(yao)是由溫(wen)(wen)度(du)傳感器(qi)、光(guang)傳感器(qi)、溫(wen)(wen)濕(shi)度(du)傳感器(qi)、風(feng)速風(feng)向(xiang)傳感器(qi)、數字電(dian)(dian)位器(qi)、電(dian)(dian)磁繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)、STM32F106單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)片機、網絡(luo)接入模(mo)塊(kuai)及(ji)電(dian)(dian)路的(de)(de)(de)接口部分(fen)組(zu)成。數據采(cai)集(ji)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元模(mo)塊(kuai)將現(xian)場溫(wen)(wen)濕(shi)度(du)、光(guang)照強度(du)、風(feng)向(xiang)風(feng)速以及(ji)發電(dian)(dian)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元發電(dian)(dian)參數等等通過網絡(luo)通信,發送(song)至后臺(tai)服(fu)務器(qi)。同時,控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)傳輸單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元接收(shou)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)主機發送(song)的(de)(de)(de)各(ge)種(zhong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)命(ming)令,能(neng)遠(yuan)程(cheng)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)發電(dian)(dian)模(mo)塊(kuai)的(de)(de)(de)運行。后臺(tai)服(fu)務器(qi)實現(xian)采(cai)集(ji)數據的(de)(de)(de)存儲(chu)、監(jian)控(kong)(kong)和控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)部署(shu),及(ji)連(lian)接控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)端,為光(guang)伏電(dian)(dian)站數據采(cai)集(ji)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元與(yu)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)系統(tong)之間建立聯系。后臺(tai)服(fu)務器(qi)主要(yao)功能(neng)模(mo)塊(kuai)如圖2所示。

1.3移動監控平臺軟件系統設計

基于Android系(xi)統平臺(tai)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)開發(fa),系(xi)統通(tong)過(guo)(guo)TCP協議及UDP協議實(shi)現APP與網(wang)絡(luo)后臺(tai)服務器監(jian)控(kong)系(xi)統的APP通(tong)信控(kong)制(zhi)模塊通(tong)信。APP可(ke)以(yi)實(shi)時(shi)訪問后臺(tai)服務器,對(dui)光(guang)伏電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)監(jian)控(kong)和控(kong)制(zhi)操作(zuo),提供(gong)方便(bian)、快捷(jie)、實(shi)時(shi)地操作(zuo)。手機(ji)APP客(ke)戶(hu)端(duan)軟(ruan)件總體結構圖如圖3所示。客(ke)戶(hu)端(duan)軟(ruan)件通(tong)過(guo)(guo)TCP協議對(dui)遠程服務器實(shi)現登錄及客(ke)戶(hu)端(duan)基本(ben)參數的傳(chuan)輸(shu)。在(zai)完成(cheng)客(ke)戶(hu)端(duan)基本(ben)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)參數傳(chuan)輸(shu)處理(li)(li)之后,通(tong)過(guo)(guo)UDP協議同(tong)步監(jian)控(kong)主機(ji)參數,顯示光(guang)伏發(fa)電(dian)(dian)模塊數據,獲取運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)參數查看實(shi)時(shi)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)情況,對(dui)數據進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)整理(li)(li)分析,對(dui)光(guang)伏電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)日常管理(li)(li)監(jian)控(kong)。

2、系統(tong)測試分析及(ji)結論

移動(dong)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)APP模(mo)塊(kuai),是光伏(fu)發電監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)研(yan)究課題(ti)中(zhong),后臺(tai)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)的一(yi)個子(zi)模(mo)塊(kuai),為系統(tong)(tong)(tong)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)管理(li)者提供移動(dong)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)平臺(tai)。系統(tong)(tong)(tong)前端(duan)數據監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)采(cai)集(ji)模(mo)塊(kuai)通過對(dui)各(ge)種(zhong)傳感器(qi)對(dui)現場數據采(cai)集(ji)并通過GPRS遠程(cheng)傳輸模(mo)塊(kuai)將采(cai)集(ji)結果(guo)傳輸至后臺(tai)服務(wu)(wu)器(qi),移動(dong)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)APP能實(shi)時(shi)(shi)與后臺(tai)服務(wu)(wu)器(qi)進(jin)行(xing)交互,實(shi)時(shi)(shi)顯示(shi)發電模(mo)塊(kuai)運行(xing)狀態,并根據應(ying)用需(xu)要可向監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)模(mo)塊(kuai)發送控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)命令對(dui)現場監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)設(she)(she)備進(jin)行(xing)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)。經過測試,移動(dong)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)APP模(mo)塊(kuai)各(ge)項參數及遠程(cheng)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)的傳輸、顯示(shi)總體達到系統(tong)(tong)(tong)設(she)(she)計要求(qiu),下一(yi)步(bu)將在現有設(she)(she)計基礎上實(shi)現系統(tong)(tong)(tong)多(duo)機位實(shi)時(shi)(shi)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong),組網(wang)發電調(diao)度控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)研(yan)發。

3、安科瑞(rui)分(fen)布式(shi)光伏(fu)運(yun)維云平臺介(jie)紹

3.1概述

AcrelCloud-1200分布式光(guang)(guang)伏運維(wei)云平(ping)臺(tai)通(tong)過監(jian)測光(guang)(guang)伏站點的(de)逆變器(qi)設(she)備(bei),氣象設(she)備(bei)以(yi)及(ji)攝像頭設(she)備(bei)、幫助用戶管(guan)(guan)理分散在各地(di)的(de)光(guang)(guang)伏站點。主要功(gong)能包括:站點監(jian)測,逆變器(qi)監(jian)測,發(fa)電統計(ji),逆變器(qi)一次(ci)圖,操作日(ri)志,告警信息(xi),環境監(jian)測,設(she)備(bei)檔案,運維(wei)管(guan)(guan)理,角色管(guan)(guan)理。用戶可(ke)通(tong)過WEB端(duan)以(yi)及(ji)APP端(duan)訪問平(ping)臺(tai),及(ji)時掌握(wo)光(guang)(guang)伏發(fa)電效(xiao)率(lv)和發(fa)電收益。

3.2應用場所

目(mu)前我國(guo)的(de)(de)兩(liang)種(zhong)分布式應用場景(jing)分別是:廣大農村屋(wu)頂的(de)(de)戶用光伏和工(gong)商業企業屋(wu)頂光伏,這兩(liang)類分布式光伏電站(zhan)今年都(dou)發(fa)展迅速。

3.3系統結構

在光伏變(bian)(bian)電站安裝逆變(bian)(bian)器(qi)、以及多(duo)功(gong)能電力計量儀表,通過網關將(jiang)采集(ji)(ji)的(de)數(shu)據(ju)上傳至服務器(qi),并將(jiang)數(shu)據(ju)進行(xing)集(ji)(ji)中(zhong)存儲管(guan)理。用戶可以通過PC訪問平臺,及時獲(huo)取(qu)分(fen)布(bu)式光伏電站的(de)運行(xing)情(qing)況(kuang)以及各(ge)逆變(bian)(bian)器(qi)運行(xing)狀況(kuang)。平臺整(zheng)體結構(gou)如圖所(suo)示。

3.4系統功能

AcrelCloud-1200分(fen)布式(shi)光伏(fu)運維云平臺軟件(jian)采用B/S架構(gou),任何(he)具備權限的用戶都(dou)可以通過WEB瀏覽(lan)器根(gen)據權限范(fan)圍(wei)監視分(fen)布在區域內(nei)各建(jian)筑的光伏(fu)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)的運行(xing)狀態(tai)(如電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)地理分(fen)布、電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)信(xin)(xin)息、逆(ni)變器狀態(tai)、發電(dian)(dian)功率(lv)曲(qu)線、是否并網、當前發電(dian)(dian)量(liang)、總發電(dian)(dian)量(liang)等信(xin)(xin)息)。

3.4.1光伏發電

3.4.1.2電站狀態

●統計當前(qian)光(guang)伏電站的日、月、年發電量及發電收益。

●攝像頭實時(shi)監測現(xian)場環境,并且接入輻照度、溫(wen)濕度、風速(su)等環境參數。

●顯示當前光伏電站逆變器接入數(shu)量及基本參(can)數(shu)。

●視頻監控:通過安裝在現場的視頻攝像頭,可以實時監視光伏站運行情況。對于有硬件條件的攝像頭,還支持錄像回放以及云臺控制功能。

3.5系統硬件配置

3.5.1交流220V并網

交流220V并網的光(guang)伏發(fa)(fa)電系統(tong)多用(yong)于居民屋(wu)頂(ding)光(guang)伏發(fa)(fa)電,裝機功率在(zai)8kW左右。

根據《國(guo)家能源局(ju)關于(yu)2019年風(feng)電(dian)、光伏(fu)發電(dian)項(xiang)目建(jian)設有關事項(xiang)通知》(國(guo)發新(xin)(xin)能〔2019〕49號),對于(yu)需要國(guo)家補貼(tie)的(de)新(xin)(xin)建(jian)工商業分布式(shi)光伏(fu)發電(dian)項(xiang)目,需要滿足單點(dian)并網裝機容(rong)量(liang)小于(yu)6兆瓦且為非戶用的(de)要求(qiu),支(zhi)持在符合電(dian)網運(yun)行安(an)全技術要求(qiu)的(de)前提下,通過(guo)內部多點(dian)接入配電(dian)系統。

此(ci)類分布(bu)式(shi)光伏裝機容量一(yi)般比(bi)較大(da),需要通(tong)過升壓變(bian)壓器(qi)升壓后(hou)接入電(dian)網(wang)(wang)。由于(yu)裝機容量較大(da),可(ke)能對(dui)公共(gong)電(dian)網(wang)(wang)造成比(bi)較大(da)的(de)干(gan)擾,因此(ci)供電(dian)部門對(dui)于(yu)此(ci)規(gui)模的(de)分布(bu)式(shi)光伏電(dian)站(zhan)穩控系統、電(dian)能質(zhi)量以及(ji)和調(diao)度(du)的(de)通(tong)信(xin)要求都比(bi)較高。
