淺談消防設備電源監控系統組成選型及安裝

1、概論

建(構)筑物的消防(fang)(fang)(fang)安全很大程度(du)上(shang)取(qu)決(jue)于消防(fang)(fang)(fang)設(she)備的好壞,而消防(fang)(fang)(fang)設(she)備能否(fou)正常工作又(you)取(qu)決(jue)于供(gong)電電源的工作狀態。一(yi)(yi)直以來(lai),因(yin)消防(fang)(fang)(fang)設(she)備電源失(shi)控造成消防(fang)(fang)(fang)設(she)備失(shi)靈(ling),致使火災蔓延的事情屢(lv)有發(fa)生,特(te)別(bie)是在社會供(gong)電緊張、設(she)備質量不佳、安全意(yi)識(shi)淡薄的時期(qi),這(zhe)一(yi)(yi)問題顯得(de)尤為突(tu)出。因(yin)此,如何從技(ji)防(fang)(fang)(fang)手段上(shang)實(shi)現對消防(fang)(fang)(fang)設(she)備供(gong)電電源的實(shi)時監測,一(yi)(yi)直受到公安消防(fang)(fang)(fang)部(bu)門(men)的高(gao)度(du)重(zhong)視。2011年7月1日(ri)(ri)開始貫徹實(shi)施(shi)的國家標準化(hua)管理委員會于2011年12月30日(ri)(ri)批準發(fa)布,于2012年8月1日(ri)(ri)起實(shi)施(shi) 。

2、消防設備電源監控系統主要組成及功能

2.1消防設(she)備電源監控系統組(zu)成

消防設備電源監控(kong)(kong)系(xi)統作為消防聯(lian)動控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)統的必(bi)要子系(xi)統,一般(ban)設置在消防控(kong)(kong)制心,由電源狀態(tai)監控(kong)(kong)主機、監控(kong)(kong)傳感(gan)器(qi)(包(bao)括電壓傳感(gan)器(qi)、電流傳感(gan)器(qi)、電壓/電流傳感(gan)器(qi)等(deng)全(quan)部或部分組(zu)成)及系(xi)統總線(xian)組(zu)成。

2.2 消防設備電源監控系統(tong)功能(neng)

4、消防設備電源監控系統的安裝及調試

4.1 消防設備電源監(jian)控(kong)系統的安裝

在消防(fang)(fang)(fang)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)室內,消防(fang)(fang)(fang)設備(bei)電(dian)源(yuan)狀態監控(kong)(kong)器發出(chu)的報警(jing)信(xin)息(xi)和故障信(xin)息(xi)應與(yu)火災報警(jing)信(xin)息(xi)有明顯區別,同(tong)時它對消防(fang)(fang)(fang)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)室內的報警(jing)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器、圖形顯示器裝置(zhi)及其(qi)它消防(fang)(fang)(fang)設備(bei)的供電(dian)電(dian)源(yuan)也要進行(xing)監控(kong)(kong),故主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機要獨立運(yun)行(xing),不可(ke)由其(qi)它主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機代(dai)替,但可(ke)與(yu)其(qi)它主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機同(tong)裝在一個柜(ju)體(ti)中。

4.1.1 消防設備電源狀態監控器的安裝

消防設(she)備電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源狀(zhuang)態監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的安(an)裝(zhuang)設(she)置可以參照《火災 自動報警系統設(she)計(ji)規(gui)范》對火災報警控(kong)(kong)制器(qi)(qi)(qi)的有關規(gui)定,安(an)裝(zhuang)要牢固(gu),不得傾(qing)斜,安(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)輕質墻上時,應(ying)(ying)采(cai)取加固(gu)措(cuo)施。引(yin)入監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜或導線(xian)(xian),端子板的每個接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)端,接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)不得超過 2根;電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜芯和(he)導線(xian)(xian),應(ying)(ying)留有不小于(yu)20em的余量;導線(xian)(xian)應(ying)(ying)綁扎成束(shu);引(yin)入線(xian)(xian)穿管(guan)后(hou),在(zai)進(jin)出管(guan)處應(ying)(ying)封堵;電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜芯線(xian)(xian)和(he)所配導線(xian)(xian)的端部(bu),均應(ying)(ying)標明編號,并(bing)與圖紙一(yi)致(zhi),字跡清晰不易褪(tun)色;控(kong)(kong)制器(qi)(qi)(qi)的主電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源引(yin)入線(xian)(xian),應(ying)(ying)直接(jie)(jie)(jie)與消防電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie),嚴(yan)禁(jin)使用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源插頭。監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的接(jie)(jie)(jie)地,應(ying)(ying)牢固(gu),并(bing)有明顯標志。

4.1.2 消防(fang)設備電(dian)源傳感器的安裝

消防(fang)設(she)備(bei)(bei)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)傳(chuan)感器宜獨立安(an)裝在傳(chuan)感器箱內,放置在配電(dian)(dian)箱附近,并預留與配電(dian)(dian)箱接線端子。當(dang)不具備(bei)(bei)單獨安(an)裝條件時(shi),傳(chuan)感器亦(yi)可安(an)裝在配電(dian)(dian)箱內,但(dan)不能對(dui)供電(dian)(dian)主回路產生影響,應盡量保持一定(ding)距(ju)離(li),并有明(ming)顯標志消防(fang)設(she)備(bei)(bei)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)監(jian)控(kong)傳(chuan)感器的安(an)裝。安(an)裝方式見圖1~6。

4.2消(xiao)防(fang)設備電源(yuan)監控系(xi)統的施(shi)工(gong)調試
