淺談天津濱海新區軌道交通電能管理系統研究及選型

【摘要】:介紹天(tian)(tian)津濱海(hai)新區軌道交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)通項(xiang)目建設電能管理(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)的系(xi)統(tong)架構、功(gong)能組(zu)成和(he)實(shi)施方(fang)(fang)案。在(zai)借鑒(jian)其他(ta)城(cheng)市軌道交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)通項(xiang)目電能管理(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)的基礎上,結(jie)合天(tian)(tian)津濱海(hai)新區軌道交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)通建設的具體情況,對(dui)系(xi)統(tong)組(zu)網(wang)方(fang)(fang)案、測量表計設置(zhi)原(yuan)則(ze)、與通風(feng)空調節能系(xi)統(tong)和(he)照(zhao)明節能系(xi)統(tong)的集成配合等(deng)方(fang)(fang)面(mian)進(jin)行(xing)了方(fang)(fang)案研究,并提出了天(tian)(tian)津濱海(hai)新區城(cheng)市軌道交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)通電能管理(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)方(fang)(fang)案。

0引言

截(jie)至 2018 年年底,國內已經(jing)有 35 個城市(shi)共開通(tong)(tong)(tong)運營(ying)5761.4 km 的(de)(de)(de)(de)城市(shi)軌(gui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)交通(tong)(tong)(tong)線(xian)路。城市(shi)軌(gui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)交通(tong)(tong)(tong)車輛運行(xing)及設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)均采用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng),隨著更(geng)多的(de)(de)(de)(de)城市(shi)軌(gui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)交通(tong)(tong)(tong)項(xiang)(xiang)目建設(she)(she)(she),如何節約電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)是一(yi)個非常重要的(de)(de)(de)(de)研(yan)究課題(ti)。目前廣州(zhou)、杭(hang)州(zhou)、南京等一(yi)些(xie)(xie)城市(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)軌(gui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)交通(tong)(tong)(tong)項(xiang)(xiang)目通(tong)(tong)(tong)過設(she)(she)(she)置多功能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)表計量各用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)情(qing)況,通(tong)(tong)(tong)過電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)管(guan)(guan)理(li)軟(ruan)件分析能(neng)耗情(qing)況提(ti)出相應節能(neng)方案,并(bing)獲(huo)得了明顯節能(neng)效益,但在實(shi)施(shi)和(he)運營(ying)中也發(fa)現了一(yi)些(xie)(xie)問(wen)題(ti)。國家發(fa)改委(wei)《發(fa)改基礎(chu)[2015]2098號(hao)》文批(pi)復天(tian)(tian)津濱(bin)海新(xin)區建設(she)(she)(she) B1、Z2、Z4線(xian)3個軌(gui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)交通(tong)(tong)(tong)項(xiang)(xiang)目3個項(xiang)(xiang)目均設(she)(she)(she)置了電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)管(guan)(guan)理(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)。本文針對目前已經(jing)實(shi)施(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)管(guan)(guan)理(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)中存在的(de)(de)(de)(de)缺陷和(he)問(wen)題(ti),研(yan)究解決方案,提(ti)出了適合天(tian)(tian)津濱(bin)海新(xin)區軌(gui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)交通(tong)(tong)(tong)建設(she)(she)(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)管(guan)(guan)理(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)方案和(he)實(shi)施(shi)方案。希望為天(tian)(tian)津濱(bin)海新(xin)區后續建設(she)(she)(she)項(xiang)(xiang)目以及其(qi)他城市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)管(guan)(guan)理(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)建設(she)(she)(she)提(ti)供參考(kao)。

1已經實施的電能(neng)管理系統存在的問題

1.1表計的配置數量不(bu)足、精(jing)度不(bu)夠

電能計(ji)(ji)量(liang)器具(ju)配(pei)各率偏低,對能源系(xi)統的(de)計(ji)(ji)量(liang)覆蓋范圍不(bu)到位,不(bu)能完整、準確反映電能系(xi)統的(de)分(fen)(fen)類、分(fen)(fen)項、分(fen)(fen)戶能耗信息(xi),不(bu)滿足電能的(de)供給與使用(yong)包(bao)括(kuo)損(sun)耗的(de)平(ping)衡(heng)分(fen)(fen)析條件。表計(ji)(ji)精度不(bu)夠.無法滿足電能分(fen)(fen)析對比的(de)要求(qiu)。

1.2 缺乏統一規(gui)劃各(ge)個(ge)項目數據格式(shi)不統一

一個城市(shi)各個項(xiang)目的電能管理系統(tong)建(jian)設(she)缺(que)乏(fa)總體規劃,建(jian)設(she)時每個項(xiang)目的數據(ju)格式(shi)標準不一致,并且信息(xi)(xi)采(cai)集(ji)的間隔、數據(ju)類型、數據(ju)交(jiao)換格式(shi)與表達方式(shi)呈現(xian)多樣化特(te)征,導致互(hu)聯可通信息(xi)(xi)存在(zai)交(jiao)耳問題,對后續(xu)建(jian)立該城市(shi)線網級(ji)的電能管理系統(tong)形成了(le)巨大的障礙。

1.3 系統組網方(fang)案與招標實施方(fang)案不科(ke)學

電(dian)能管(guan)理系統(tong)(tong)(tong)與供電(dian)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)開關柜設(she)備、電(dian)力監控(kong)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)、通信系統(tong)(tong)(tong)、綜合(he)監控(kong)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)存(cun)在接口。根據電(dian)能管(guan)理系統(tong)(tong)(tong)與上面幾個系統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)關系以及如何接人骨干(gan)網(wang),可以設(she)置不同的(de)組(zu)網(wang)方(fang)案(an)和打(da)包方(fang)案(an)。如果(guo)組(zu)網(wang)方(fang)案(an)或(huo)者打(da)包方(fang)案(an)不合(he)理,會導致接口過多(duo),并且無(wu)法充(chong)分發揮專業電(dian)能管(guan)理系統(tong)(tong)(tong)廠(chang)家的(de)作用。

1.4 重監測、輕應用

目(mu)前實施的電能管理系統更多在于采(cai)集數(shu)據,采(cai)集以后的數(shu)據應用到設備控制形成(cheng)的節能措施較(jiao)少。

2 濱海新區軌(gui)道交通電能(neng)管理系(xi)統方案

2.1系統構成

電(dian)能管理(li)系(xi)統(tong)由線路(lu)級電(dian)能管理(li)系(xi)統(tong)、站級電(dian)能采集(ji)系(xi)統(tong)及其數據傳輸的網(wang)絡通道組成(cheng)。(圖 1)

線(xian)(xian)路(lu)級電能(neng)(neng)管(guan)理(li)系統(tong)設在(zai)控制中(zhong)心,對全(quan)線(xian)(xian)的車站(zhan)、場段主變(bian)電所(suo)等區域所(suo)消耗電能(neng)(neng)進行分類計量(liang)和(he)在(zai)線(xian)(xian)監測(ce)(ce)。同時建立針(zhen)對能(neng)(neng)耗數據統(tong)計對比及用(yong)能(neng)(neng)設備(bei)系統(tong)實(shi)時用(yong)能(neng)(neng)狀態的集中(zhong)監管(guan)平臺,實(shi)現對地鐵線(xian)(xian)路(lu)能(neng)(neng)耗監測(ce)(ce)、用(yong)能(neng)(neng)監管(guan)和(he)節(jie)能(neng)(neng)管(guan)理(li)3個層面(mian)的管(guan)理(li)應用(yong)。

站(zhan)級電(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)采(cai)集(ji)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)由監(jian)控工作站(zhan)(含主機(ji)、顯示器等(deng)(deng))、通信(xin)控制器、工業以太網交換機(ji)以及(ji)相關附件等(deng)(deng)構成。站(zhan)級電(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)采(cai)集(ji)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)是監(jian)測(ce)、分析(xi)站(zhan)點(dian)供電(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)的工具,通過采(cai)集(ji)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)監(jian)測(ce)儀表的數據.實現對站(zhan)點(dian)供電(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的電(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)參數測(ce)量(liang)、監(jian)測(ce)分析(xi)和計量(liang)管(guan)理等(deng)(deng)功能(neng)(neng)。

2.2組網方案比選

電能管理系統(tong)有以下(xia) 3 種組網(wang)方(fang)案:第三種是(shi)集成到綜合監控系統(tong)這3 種方(fang)案的對比詳見表1。

天津濱海(hai)新(xin)區軌道交通(tong)項目均設計(ji)了(le)綜(zong)(zong)合(he)監(jian)(jian)控系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)監(jian)(jian)控系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)也深度集(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)到了(le)綜(zong)(zong)合(he)監(jian)(jian)控系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)綜(zong)(zong)合(he)考(kao)慮(lv)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)接(jie)口、后續(xu)調(diao)試,采(cai)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)管理系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)線路級和站級(除(chu)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)表(biao))集(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)到綜(zong)(zong)合(he)監(jian)(jian)控系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)表(biao)與開關柜合(he)并(bing)打(da)包,*大限度減(jian)少接(jie)口。為解(jie)決綜(zong)(zong)合(he)監(jian)(jian)控系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)集(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)商做電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)管理系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)不專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)問題,招(zhao)標時通(tong)過(guo)設置(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)管理系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)業(ye)(ye)績門檻的方式,要求(qiu)綜(zong)(zong)合(he)監(jian)(jian)控系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)集(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)商對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)管理系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)二次招(zhao)標,招(zhao)標專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)管理系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)家輔(fu)助綜(zong)(zong)合(he)監(jian)(jian)控系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)集(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)商。

2.3 測(ce)量表計的設置原則

(1)確保(bao)采(cai)集全(quan)覆(fu)蓋(gai)。具體(ti)表計(ji)設置如下:

①車(che)站變(bian)電(dian)所:進線(xian)(xian)總開關(guan)(guan)、三級負荷(he)總開關(guan)(guan)、母聯開關(guan)(guan):照(zhao)明(ming)總開關(guan)(guan)、電(dian)扶(fu)梯饋線(xian)(xian)回(hui)路、環(huan)控設備饋線(xian)(xian)回(hui)路、廣告(gao)照(zhao)明(ming)饋線(xian)(xian)回(hui)路、公(gong)安(an)通信回(hui)路、公(gong)眾(zhong)通信回(hui)路、商業(ye)預留回(hui)路、信號回(hui)路、站臺門回(hui)路;

②車站環(huan)控(kong)電控(kong)柜:空調機(ji)組(zu)、各類風(feng)機(ji)、冷(leng)(leng)水(shui)機(ji)組(zu)、冷(leng)(leng)凍泵、冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)泵和冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)塔風(feng)機(ji)等;

③車站(zhan)弱(ruo)電(dian)綜合(he)UPS:弱(ruo)電(dian)綜合(he)UPS出線側(ce)各(ge)弱(ruo)電(dian)系統回路;

④車輛段:各(ge)單體(ti)建筑總配電柜空調、照明、工藝(yi)檢修等分類負荷;

⑤主變電所:總配電箱進線回路。

該(gai)設(she)置原則(ze)覆蓋了各用電設(she)備系統(tong)(tong),并且分類分項分戶測量,便于統(tong)(tong)計對比分析。

  1. 根據不同回(hui)路(lu)測試要求的(de)不同,差(cha)異(yi)化設置測量(liang)表計(ji),降(jiang)低(di)建設成(cheng)本。在(zai)35 kV 電壓(ya)等級測量(liang)回(hui)路(lu)和對外(wai)商業單獨計(ji)量(liang)收費(fei)的(de)回(hui)路(lu)采用(yong)0.2S精(jing)度(du)(du)的(de)表計(ji),其他回(hui)路(lu)采用(yong)0.5S 精(jing)度(du)(du)的(de)表計(ji)。在(zai)滿足統計(ji)分析精(jing)度(du)(du)的(de)前提下(xia),盡量(liang)降(jiang)低(di)建設成(cheng)本。

  2. 盡量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)采用多(duo)回(hui)(hui)(hui)路(lu)(lu)(lu)測量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)儀(yi)表,降低建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)成(cheng)(cheng)本。目(mu)(mu)前大(da)(da)部分(fen)城市項目(mu)(mu)的(de)(de)測量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)方案(an)為一個(ge)回(hui)(hui)(hui)路(lu)(lu)(lu)裝(zhuang)設(she)(she)(she)一個(ge)測量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)儀(yi)表,因為測量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)覆蓋(gai)面廣,一般一個(ge)項目(mu)(mu)需要(yao)裝(zhuang)設(she)(she)(she) 2000 多(duo)塊(kuai)表計(ji)。眾多(duo)表計(ji)本身(shen)就是一個(ge)比較(jiao)大(da)(da)的(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)成(cheng)(cheng)本,并且(qie)因為表計(ji)需要(yao)裝(zhuang)設(she)(she)(she)在開關(guan)柜、環控柜、總(zong)配(pei)柜里面,導致占用柜子很大(da)(da)的(de)(de)空(kong)間,也間接增加了成(cheng)(cheng)本。如(ru)果(guo)采用多(duo)回(hui)(hui)(hui)路(lu)(lu)(lu)測量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)儀(yi)表,單(dan)塊(kuai)表計(ji)可以(yi)串接多(duo)個(ge)測量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)模塊(kuai),距離較(jiao)遠時還(huan)可以(yi)加裝(zhuang)中繼器(qi)擴大(da)(da)單(dan)塊(kuai)表計(ji)的(de)(de)測量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)回(hui)(hui)(hui)路(lu)(lu)(lu)范圍(圖 2)。在保證同樣的(de)(de)測量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)覆蓋(gai)范圍的(de)(de)情況下,可以(yi)減少表計(ji)的(de)(de)數量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang),大(da)(da)大(da)(da)降低建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)成(cheng)(cheng)本。

  1. 每(mei)個(ge)(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)采(cai)用統一的(de)(de)(de)數據分類分項(xiang)(xiang)模型(xing)。濱(bin)海(hai)新區 3 個(ge)(ge)城市軌道交通建設(she)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)雖(sui)然時序不(bu)同,但是在建設(she)第(di)一個(ge)(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)時就要(yao)站在整個(ge)(ge)線網(wang)的(de)(de)(de)高度,統一各個(ge)(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)的(de)(de)(de)數據模型(xing),為(wei)后續(xu)不(bu)同線路的(de)(de)(de)數據進行對比分析奠定基礎,也為(wei)后續(xu)建設(she)線網(wang)級的(de)(de)(de)電能(neng)管理系統做好鋪墊。

2.4 集成通(tong)風空調系(xi)統(tong)節(jie)能系(xi)統(tong)

通風(feng)空(kong)調(diao)(diao)(diao)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)是各設(she)備系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)除車輛外用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)*多的(de)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),一般約占整(zheng)個(ge)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量的(de) 25%~30%。通風(feng)空(kong)調(diao)(diao)(diao)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)管理節(jie)(jie)能(neng)的(de)重(zhong)點。通風(feng)空(kong)調(diao)(diao)(diao)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)以(yi)整(zheng)個(ge)空(kong)調(diao)(diao)(diao)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)為目標(冷(leng)水機組+冷(leng)凍(dong)泵+冷(leng)卻泵+冷(leng)卻塔(ta)+空(kong)調(diao)(diao)(diao)末端(duan)),綜合考慮各設(she)備之(zhi)間耦(ou)合關系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)和相互影響,在不(bu)同(tong)室外狀況以(yi)及系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)負荷下,實時動態尋找空(kong)調(diao)(diao)(diao)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)運行的(de)*佳(jia)能(neng)效控制參數(shu),實現系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)全局(ju)優化控制。電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)管理系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)集成了空(kong)調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),通過電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)管理系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)表所測數(shu)據(ju)。可以(yi)準(zhun)確(que)查看空(kong)調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)節(jie)(jie)省的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量,評價空(kong)調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)效果。

2.5 集成照明節能控(kong)制系(xi)統

低壓照(zhao)明系(xi)統也是(shi)節(jie)能的一個(ge)重點,照(zhao)明控制系(xi)統在車站(zhan)區域(yu)增(zeng)加(jia)調光控制器(qi),人(ren)流量傳感(gan)器(qi)。通(tong)過傳感(gan)器(qi)配合電能管(guan)理(li)(li)系(xi)統進(jin)行照(zhao)明控制。利(li)用(yong)專業(ye)電能管(guan)理(li)(li)系(xi)統廠家技術(shu)優勢,通(tong)過研究車站(zhan)客流模式(shi)、運(yun)營模式(shi)(分季節(jie)和高峰時段)等數據進(jin)行挖掘,實現低壓照(zhao)明設備的智能、精(jing)細控制,達到(dao)照(zhao)明節(jie)能的目的。
