淺析10kV配電室在線監控改造技術方案

摘要:目前,我國經濟高速(su)發展,社會在不斷進步,國家加(jia)大了農(nong)村(cun)低(di)(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)配電(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)絡改(gai)造升級投(tou)入,低(di)(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)配電(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)供電(dian)可靠性及(ji)供電(dian)質量(liang)得到明顯(xian)提(ti)升,但(dan)低(di)(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)配電(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)絡自動化運維水(shui)平及(ji)農(nong)村(cun)電(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)用電(dian)安(an)全尚處于較低(di)(di)(di)水(shui)平。低(di)(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)配電(dian)變壓(ya)(ya)器、配電(dian)臺區(qu)和(he)配電(dian)室數量(liang)多,且(qie)分(fen)布范圍廣,漏電(dian)、過(guo)負(fu)荷跳閘(zha)事故頻發,降低(di)(di)(di)了配電(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)運維水(shui)平。本文基于無線通(tong)信(xin)技術及(ji)云端服(fu)務平臺,實現了對(dui)現有10kV配電(dian)室的遠程自動化監控系統(tong)改(gai)造。

0引言

隨著社(she)會的(de)(de)進步和人(ren)民生活質量(liang)的(de)(de)提高,對(dui)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)質量(liang)和供(gong)電(dian)(dian)可靠性(xing)(xing)有了更高的(de)(de)要求,但(dan)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)端的(de)(de)環(huan)網柜及(ji)配電(dian)(dian)室(shi)較為(wei)分散,數量(liang)多、距離遠,沒有實時(shi)(shi)監測(ce)(ce)手段,一(yi)旦發(fa)生故障,只(zhi)能斷電(dian)(dian)后(hou)搶修,嚴重影響(xiang)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)可靠性(xing)(xing)。另(ling)外,大部分用(yong)戶配電(dian)(dian)室(shi)的(de)(de)運(yun)行(xing)管理目前主要依靠人(ren)工定(ding)期進行(xing)現場檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)和記(ji)錄,這種工作方式工作量(liang)大、數據(ju)多、檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)記(ji)錄時(shi)(shi)間較長,而且準確性(xing)(xing)得不到保證,運(yun)行(xing)成本也大大增加。為(wei)此,采用(yong)一(yi)種針對(dui)環(huan)網柜及(ji)配電(dian)(dian)設(she)備具有實時(shi)(shi)監測(ce)(ce)功(gong)能的(de)(de)應用(yong)系(xi)統(tong)——基于公(gong)有云的(de)(de)用(yong)戶側配電(dian)(dian)網智能監控系(xi)統(tong),通過(guo)實時(shi)(shi)監測(ce)(ce)保證用(yong)電(dian)(dian)可靠性(xing)(xing)。

1概述

起于20世紀60年代的(de)電(dian)力系(xi)統自動監控技(ji)術(shu)隨著微(wei)電(dian)子、電(dian)力電(dian)子、抗(kang)干(gan)擾等新技(ji)術(shu)的(de)迅速發(fa)展(zhan),特別是(shi)計算機和網絡通訊技(ji)術(shu)的(de)成熟得到(dao)(dao)了發(fa)展(zhan)。將(jiang)設備(bei)正常(chang)及事故情況下(xia)的(de)監測、保護(hu)、控制、電(dian)力計量等融合在(zai)一(yi)起,達(da)到(dao)(dao)高層次、高透明度(du)的(de)良好管理,已成為(wei)一(yi)種(zhong)必然(ran)趨勢和發(fa)展(zhan)方向。

2.1低(di)壓柜監測設備

為了采集低壓(ya)(ya)柜電壓(ya)(ya)、電流、溫(wen)度數據(ju)與開關(guan)位(wei)置(zhi)遙(yao)(yao)測、遙(yao)(yao)信信息,每面(mian)低壓(ya)(ya)柜加裝一臺低壓(ya)(ya)監控(kong)設(she)備,包含測量傳感器與數據(ju)處理通(tong)信模塊(kuai)。測量傳感器實時采集低壓(ya)(ya)柜的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)、電流和溫(wen)度數值,通(tong)過(guo)有(you)源遙(yao)(yao)信方(fang)式(shi)采集開關(guan)位(wei)置(zhi)的(de)遙(yao)(yao)測、遙(yao)(yao)信數據(ju);經由數據(ju)處理通(tong)信模塊(kuai)上發至通(tong)信管理終端,完成采樣數據(ju)傳輸。

2.2通信單元

配(pei)(pei)(pei)電(dian)室(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)采集(ji)子節(jie)點需要(yao)與(yu)監(jian)(jian)控主機(ji)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin),監(jian)(jian)控主機(ji)需要(yao)與(yu)在上(shang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)機(ji)系統(tong)(tong)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin)。在采集(ji)子節(jie)點與(yu)監(jian)(jian)控主機(ji)的通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)(zhong),采用(yong)ZigBee無線通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)訊方(fang)式(shi),使用(yong)CC2430通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)訊模(mo)(mo)塊。該產品是TI公(gong)司(德(de)州儀(yi)器(qi)(qi))生(sheng)產的一款專用(yong)于IEEE802.15.4和Zigbee協議通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin)的模(mo)(mo)塊。該模(mo)(mo)塊具有3種休(xiu)眠模(mo)(mo)式(shi),從(cong)休(xiu)眠模(mo)(mo)式(shi)轉(zhuan)換到(dao)正常模(mo)(mo)式(shi)僅需54us,特(te)別適(shi)合要(yao)求(qiu)電(dian)池長期供(gong)電(dian)的應用(yong)場合。監(jian)(jian)控主機(ji)與(yu)上(shang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)機(ji)系統(tong)(tong)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin)方(fang)式(shi)主要(yao)參考配(pei)(pei)(pei)電(dian)室(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)的集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)器(qi)(qi)的通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin)方(fang)式(shi),一般地(di)上(shang)配(pei)(pei)(pei)電(dian)室(shi)(shi),集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)器(qi)(qi)采用(yong)4G方(fang)式(shi)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin),而(er)在地(di)下配(pei)(pei)(pei)電(dian)室(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong),采用(yong)寬(kuan)帶(dai)網絡進(jin)(jin)行(xing)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin)。因此對于地(di)上(shang)的配(pei)(pei)(pei)電(dian)室(shi)(shi),監(jian)(jian)控主機(ji)也通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)增加4G通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin)模(mo)(mo)塊并安裝有流量的電(dian)話(hua)卡(ka)實現與(yu)上(shang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)機(ji)系統(tong)(tong)的通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin);對于地(di)下的配(pei)(pei)(pei)電(dian)室(shi)(shi),則借(jie)用(yong)配(pei)(pei)(pei)電(dian)室(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)器(qi)(qi)的網絡與(yu)上(shang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)機(ji)系統(tong)(tong)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin)。

2.3監控軟件系統

2.4數據傳輸端

采(cai)用(yong)自主研發的(de)DTU(數(shu)據(ju)傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)單元)與云服(fu)務(wu)器進行通(tong)信。DTU工作(zuo)是基于移(yi)動/聯(lian)通(tong)GPRS(通(tong)用(yong)分(fen)組無線(xian)業務(wu))信道進行傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu),即移(yi)動/聯(lian)通(tong)為每張(zhang)SIM(用(yong)戶識別模(mo)塊)卡分(fen)配1個號碼,通(tong)過GSM(全球移(yi)動通(tong)信系統(tong))加密技(ji)術攔截第三方的(de)網絡。其次,DTU傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)原理采(cai)用(yong)ModbusRTU協(xie)議,服(fu)務(wu)器請求1次數(shu)據(ju)后,DTU工作(zuo)1次,只能實現單向數(shu)據(ju)傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)。

2.5自主開發(fa)數據遠程(cheng)傳(chuan)輸裝置

系統(tong)中(zhong)采用的(de)(de)數據(ju)遠(yuan)程采集(ji)傳輸(shu)裝(zhuang)置由石家莊公司自主(zhu)開(kai)發,裝(zhuang)置支持(chi)多種工業(ye)協議(yi),具(ju)有對(dui)下位機的(de)(de)數據(ju)采集(ji)、暫存、分析、上傳功能,同時對(dui)下位機通(tong)訊進行實時在(zai)線(xian)分析,設(she)定通(tong)訊策(ce)略(lve),對(dui)通(tong)訊超(chao)時進行3次通(tong)訊嘗試,如果(guo)仍然通(tong)訊超(chao)時形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)通(tong)訊報警。該裝(zhuang)置還可(ke)以(yi)根(gen)據(ju)設(she)備(bei)點(dian)檢(jian),定制(zhi)設(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)點(dian)檢(jian)計劃(hua),對(dui)沒有點(dian)檢(jian)的(de)(de)設(she)備(bei)進行強(qiang)制(zhi)點(dian)檢(jian),沒有點(dian)檢(jian)不允許(xu)設(she)備(bei)運行,另根(gen)據(ju)用戶需求可(ke)開(kai)發多種形(xing)(xing)式的(de)(de)運行策(ce)略(lve)。

2.6施工方案

施工(gong)(gong)(gong)采(cai)(cai)(cai)用不(bu)停電(dian)(dian)(dian)作業形(xing)式,總(zong)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)周期為(wei)2天。(1)高(gao)、低壓(ya)開(kai)關(guan)柜(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)改造施工(gong)(gong)(gong)1)低壓(ya)柜(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)。每(mei)(mei)個(ge)低壓(ya)柜(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)加裝(zhuang)(zhuang)一(yi)個(ge)采(cai)(cai)(cai)集(ji)(ji)(ji)模塊,開(kai)關(guan)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)采(cai)(cai)(cai)集(ji)(ji)(ji)直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)入低壓(ya)斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)開(kai)關(guan)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)輔(fu)助觸頭;電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)數(shu)據(ju)直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)由(you)(you)(you)斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)出線(xian)(xian)銅排處(chu)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang);電(dian)(dian)(dian)流信(xin)(xin)(xin)號由(you)(you)(you)開(kai)口互感器(qi)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang),并進行(xing)功率計算;溫度(du)采(cai)(cai)(cai)樣探頭直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)于(yu)刀(dao)開(kai)關(guan)出線(xian)(xian)銅排處(chu);2)高(gao)壓(ya)柜(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)。高(gao)壓(ya)柜(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)與低壓(ya)柜(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)類似,每(mei)(mei)個(ge)高(gao)壓(ya)柜(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)一(yi)個(ge)采(cai)(cai)(cai)集(ji)(ji)(ji)模塊,開(kai)關(guan)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)采(cai)(cai)(cai)集(ji)(ji)(ji)直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)入高(gao)壓(ya)斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)開(kai)關(guan)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)輔(fu)助觸頭;電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)數(shu)據(ju)直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)由(you)(you)(you)斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)出線(xian)(xian)銅排處(chu)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang);電(dian)(dian)(dian)流信(xin)(xin)(xin)號由(you)(you)(you)開(kai)口互感器(qi)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)。(2)通(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin)機柜(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)通(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin)管(guan)理單元安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)于(yu)通(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin)機柜(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)內(nei),采(cai)(cai)(cai)用4G無線(xian)(xian)通(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin)與就(jiu)地WiFi通(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin)方(fang)式,天線(xian)(xian)放置(zhi)(zhi)于(yu)低壓(ya)柜(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)體(ti)外側(ce),長(chang)度(du)為(wei)5m。每(mei)(mei)個(ge)低(高(gao))壓(ya)柜(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)數(shu)據(ju)采(cai)(cai)(cai)集(ji)(ji)(ji)模塊與通(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin)管(guan)理單元間(jian)(jian)通(tong)(tong)過RS485總(zong)線(xian)(xian)連線(xian)(xian),通(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin)線(xian)(xian)選用2×0.75mm2屏蔽(bi)線(xian)(xian),屏蔽(bi)現(xian)場電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)環境帶來的干擾(rao)。每(mei)(mei)臺(tai)低(高(gao))壓(ya)柜(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)及(ji)通(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin)機柜(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)之間(jian)(jian)布置(zhi)(zhi)柜(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)體(ti)出線(xian)(xian)孔(kong)及(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜溝(gou),由(you)(you)(you)抽屜后端出線(xian)(xian)孔(kong)布線(xian)(xian),通(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜不(bu)宜過長(chang),且(qie)盡量(liang)(liang)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜分開(kai),以(yi)避免不(bu)必要(yao)的信(xin)(xin)(xin)號干擾(rao)。

3安科瑞配(pei)電室(shi)環境監控(kong)系統

3.1概述

3.4.5實時告警

具有實(shi)時告(gao)警功能,系統能夠對配電(dian)室(shi)溫度、濕度、有害氣體(ti)、設備故障或(huo)通信故障等事(shi)件發出告(gao)警。

能夠對(dui)產生的所有事(shi)(shi)件(jian)記錄進行存儲和管(guan)理(li),方便用戶對(dui)系統事(shi)(shi)件(jian)和進行歷史追溯、查(cha)詢統計、事(shi)(shi)故分析。

4結語

通(tong)過此次技術改(gai)造,實(shi)現了(le)10kV配電(dian)(dian)室(shi)的遠程(cheng)在線(xian)監控(kong),進(jin)入(ru)無(wu)人值守運維(wei)階段。不(bu)僅(jin)實(shi)現了(le)電(dian)(dian)壓、電(dian)(dian)流信號的遠程(cheng)在線(xian)監控(kong),同時可(ke)監測低壓斷路器出線(xian)溫度(du),以及配電(dian)(dian)室(shi)的溫濕度(du)狀態信息(xi)。視頻影像信息(xi)可(ke)輔助還原事故現場,排查故障原因。非法入(ru)侵報警系統可(ke)有(you)效避免(mian)意外(wai)事故的發生。
